They are fairly easy to do yourself and there isn’t anything fancy you need, except a pressure cooker.
If you have allergies or don’t like eating things that are listed then a lot of them can be subbed out, for example onion can be removed and often you can make these vegan, vegetarian friendly. They also can be changed to be Keto or paleo however, my aim was to help those who are struggling with what to cook night after night or keep cooking the same thing every week rather than just have it pigeon holed into diet type.
